We request you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will all the front desk staff to get you checked in and offer you a beverage.
In the case that you may be running late, please contact Picasso with your estimated time of arrival. If you arrive late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or adjust the services you are scheduled for.
Appointments on Friday and Saturday require a credit card to reserve the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request that you do so within 24 hours. Appointments cancelled without a 24-hour notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the service total to the credit card provided to reserve the appointment. In the case you are running late, please contact Picasso with your estimated time of arrival. If you are running late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or adjust scheduled appointment.
We happily accept young clients, however Picasso requests that you only bring children at their scheduled appointment time. In the event that your child accompanies you to your appointment, we request they remain supervised during your appointment for the comfort of all our guests.
For the relaxation of our clients, we kindly request you silence cell phones upon arrival to Picasso Day Spa & Salon.
Gratuity is greatly appreciated but not included in the cost of services provided. Cash is preferred but you may also add it to your credit card or check.
At Picasso, we want to make sure you are happy with your service and product purchase. In the event you are unhappy with a gently used product, Picasso will gladly exchange said product or credit your Salon account for the price of said product.
*All services are non-refundable. In the event we have not met your expectations, we would like to invite you back within 10 days to make complimentary adjustments.
After 10 days, all service charges will apply.
